Hi, James here. We had planned to announce the John and Vriska Makeship Plush campaigns here and make a whole big deal of it, but before we could even announce it was funded. If you’re looking to get one yourself, check it out here!
I’m currently sitting in an art dev meeting for Act 2 of Beyond Canon. I’m very excited for you to see these characters. This brings me to my next point. After a huge flash and several very art intense updates, we’ll finally be taking our long awaited production break. The plan is to take a few short months to finish asset production on Act 2’s first few updates, an intermission update and build up a buffer again. Since we’d like to start updating a little more often with smaller batches for pacing reasons, I’d like to give the artists some time to recuperate.
In the meantime, we’ll have some fun things planned: some streams and business as usual on the Patreon. We’ll also be adding some previews and update sneak peeks for patrons, as well as doing a handful of giveaways so keep an eye out. There will be some more Makeship drops too. In theory, all in pairs, every few months. The next pair is in development as we speak.
